Our quarter of Savoy ham is made in our plant in the heart of Savoy according to a traditional recipe with French pork, lactose and nitrate free. The maturing process gives it a slight nutty note which makes this ham so mild. You will appreciate its melt-in-the-mouth texture and its subtle hazelnut taste. Practical and economical format.
