Our Savoy ham with Guerande salt is made in our plant in the heart of Savoy according to a traditional recipe without lactose and nitrate, salted by hand with Guérande salt, air dried and matured for at least 9 months. You will appreciate its melting texture and its subtle taste of hazelnuts.
