Our Rosette from savoy with Beaufort cheese is a product of character with typical Savoy flavours. Made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, melting cheese, stuffed into a natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoie for a sausage with authentic flavours.

Pork meat and fat (origin: France), Beaufort cheese (origin: France) (milk) 9%, salt, lactose, wheat dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, potassium nitrate, ferments, collagen casing. 134 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
