Our chiffonade of smoked Savoy ham is made according to a traditional lactose-free recipe using beef from France, and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a ham with a subtle hazelnut taste, salted by hand and thinly sliced. The long maturing process gives it a slight nutty note which makes this ham so mild. Air-dried and matured for at least 10 months.
